Shipping

We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are shipped with tracking, and most international orders arrive in 5–12 business days. US orders over $120 ship free.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or issue a refund — your choice. Warranty

All hovumiq products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or accidents.

Orders placed on this website are paid securely via PayPal at checkout. For WhatsApp orders, we confirm stock, shipping cost and payment method with you before dispatch.
