Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your hovumiq coffee gear. If something is not right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return window

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return

Contact us first — on WhatsApp at +86 130 7734 8219 or by email at 17875210733@163.com — with your order number, the item and a short description or photo of the issue. Please do not send the item back until we confirm the return address and next steps. We will reply within one business day.

Return shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and refund you in full, including any outbound shipping we charged. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will refund the item price only — outbound shipping is not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: opened consumables, food-contact items that have been used, and items marked as clearance or final sale.

Warranty

Every hovumiq product carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This applies even after the 14-day return window — if something fails through normal use, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after this period, first check your PayPal account, then contact us at 17875210733@163.com.
